Barnes’ signing really disappoints me. Now I have to look at even more disgusting tattoos. I suppose though that now I’ll do what I’ve been saying for years I’ll do: Entirely quit watching. Yes, I think it’s time. The extolling of thuggery, primitivism, and faux individuality has finally become too much to bear. Just think of it: These “individuals” actually brand themselves like cattle! It boggles the mind!

Why is Kobe Bryant the best player in the world? Because his enemies realize, in the end, that it’s better to join him. Ron Artest starts a confrontation with him, and ends up sitting on his couch, watching Kobe get a ring. The next season, he joins Kobe and gets a ring of his own. Barnes turned down Miami, Boston, and a $7 million deal with Cleveland, just to come join Kobe.
